~Kirsten : Senior Portraits~

I am beyond excited to share this post with you!!  I recently had my first opportunity to do senior portraits, and I am SO happy with how they turned out.

The subject of these photographs, the lovely Kirsten, made my job incredibly easy.  As you will see below, she is just gorgeous, with amazing eyes and a beautiful smile.  And after spending just a couple hours with her, I could tell that Kirsten is just as beautiful on the inside.  She was so fun to work with, and I truly enjoyed every minute of our session.  She was a trooper too...you wouldn't know it from the pictures, but it was actually quite COLD that day!  I'm so glad we shot when we did though, as we were able to capture some great fall colors.

Below are a few of my favorite images.  It was really hard to narrow these down...I seriously could not take a bad picture of Kirsten.  ;)  Enjoy!

absolutely beautiful : kirsten

smiling or serious...either way she looks amazing!

a little attitude :)

i wasn't sure if we'd get many fall colors, as our session was early in the season.
then we walked onto this bridge, and we hit the jackpot!

such a great smile

aren't her eyes just amazing!?

i always appreciate a little comic relief from the sidelines.
kirsten's mom, lisa, did an awesome job getting kirsten to laugh :)

couldn't forget about the varsity jacket!

hands-down, absolute, top favorite.  gorgeous!!

Kirsten and Lisa...thank you SO much for choosing me to capture these images.  I had so much fun, and I hope you did too!  Enjoy your photos!!  ~Denise

  2. The pictures you took of Kirsten are outstanding. As Grandparents, we think Kirsten is beautiful. As you said, she is beautiful inside and out and her love of the Lord is such a blessing. The pictures are all so good, and you did a great job. Just feel sorry for her Mom and Dad, trying to pick out a few. You really did capture the beauty of Kirsten.
